The Institute of Thought (IOT),  or IOT, is a "sister organization" closely allied with the 15th Step process, and provides California State Licensed Training in Hypnotherapy. IARRT, the International Association for Regression Research & Therapies Inc.   is a non-profit organization dedicated to increasing the acceptance and use of professional and responsible past-life regression through education, association and research. It is an international organization of professional, student, and supporting members across the United States, Canada and other countries world wide.

Recognizing the need for valid information, dissemination of qualified techniques, and networking among practicing professionals, IARRT provides international conferences, seminars and workshops. Training includes the basics of hypnosis and four levels of expertise in past life regression certified through IBRT (International Board for Regression Therapy - an independent organization founded to set standards of training expertise and reinforce them through documented certification).

In addition, full-day institutes are presented by well-known leaders on various topics. Conferences bring together peer practitioners for workshops and networking in addition to the training and institutes.

IARRT is the first professional organization for regression practitioners since 1985.
