The Institute of Thought, or IOT, is a closely allied "sister organization" providing California State Licensed Training in Hypnotherapy. Individual Hypnotherapy Sessions are also available through IOT, both at its main office in San Diego and at the Better Life Teaching and Counseling Center in Berkeley.
